1. For shipping we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3 business days of the date your order was placed. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. We ship out orders Monday-Friday , except for holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

2. Once packages are received by USPS or FedEx, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery , please reach out to USPS or FedEx due to them being responsible and any other questions or concerns should go through them.

4.Because of the type of products, we sell for hygienic and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received the wrong item. If you received the wrong item, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the item with details of the product you wanted and the product you received. You are responsible for shipping cost to return items.
